In my industry currently I am singing this song. Oh the memories of the times when there were not enough hours in each day to work on the files you had in process. WE all understand that the real estate market is cyclical, it has its ups and downs. I was not expecting a trough. But when there is gloom , there is always a small spot for opportunity; every single time if you look hard enough under the rocks you will find opportunity. Well I am off to seek the rock I need to look under. Remember today is the present we all have hoped for.
